Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at ILW 2026.

Registration
Due to limited space availability, all vendors must submit an application to be considered for a vending space.
Payment
Please note that full payment must be submitted at the time of application. Applications without a payment will be automatically denied, and no space will be reserved.
Process
Once your application is approved you will receive an email from a member of the ILW Staff with instructions for setup & tear down.
If your application is denied for any reason, a member of the ILW staff will contact you directly. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days following the decision.

Commercial Sales | 12’ x 12’ Space | $250

Artist/Crafter | Weekend Table | $100
(For individuals selling or displaying their own work only)

Nonprofit | Saturday Table | $10 Deposit
(Deposit will be refunded at check-in)

We are committed to supporting original artists and creators. As such, artwork
generated or significantly assisted by artificial intelligence (AI) is not permitted for sale or display. All vendors must present work that is primarily created by their own hand and creative process. Vendors found in violation of this policy may be removed from the event without refund.
